DESIGN HUB
Design Hub is a web-centered service concept developed for UPMC to act as a central online repository of project research, ideas, and best practices.
It serves hospital employees by providing a venue to report problems, offer suggestions, and give feedback. It also enables innovation specialists to gain invaluable insights from the staff and maintain it in an organized and manageable system.
All team members contributed to research, opportunity definition, and concept generation. I developed user needs and site objectives; wireframes and use cases; and assisted with information architecture and visual design.
