Ginger is a web-centered health management service system that helps people manage their own health, take care of their family, and reach their personal goals by connecting a healthy life-style with the actions they must take to achieve it.
Ginger connects health touchpoints and wellness activities, including annual vaccination, in a meaningful, actionable, and social way.
We developed Ginger for GlaxoSmithKline, who asked us to show them a blue sky concept that they could leverage to to pitch for organizational support. While transforming this pharmaceutical giant into a service provider will take time, we're glad we could help start that conversation.
I managed the client relationship; conducted human-centered research, synthesized insights, and developed typologies; prototyped the service concept; benchmarked existing health management products and services; developed personas/scenarios and produced the final videosketch and communication materials for client.
